
As the Director of Project Development, Pamela Weidner works closely with the firm’s leaders to increase existing business and develop new opportunities. Pam’s goal is to also facilitate the working relationships between clients, subcontractors and the firm. Pam’s responsibilities include oversight of the provision of and the delivery of all necessary and appropriate support to each project. She also manages the transition from award of work to delivery of work that is critical to maintaining the right project approach and successful delivery of the final product to the client. Pamela Weidner has more than 20 years of experience in Marketing and Project Development within the Small Business arena, is OSHA 30 Certified and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with a Minor in Political Science from Villanova University.
